ABOUT TRAB.PH

A jobs board that respects your time.

Reviewed employers. Stated monthly pay. Direct applications. No pay-to-race listings, no anonymous inboxes.

Why we built it

Job hunting in Metro Manila often means scrolling anonymous posts with "competitive salary" and an inbox that never answers. trab.ph starts from three rules: every employer passes a business-identity review, every role states its monthly pay range up front, and every application has a direct, named path — by email or through your account.

What the review means

Employers submit their registration authority, registration number and business website. A moderator checks them before any listing goes live — and again each time a listing is edited. Employers with documents on file earn a ✓ verified badge. Listings expire on a schedule, so the board stays current instead of filling with ghost postings.

For candidates

Browse by city, category, skill or pay. Save jobs and searches, get email alerts, apply with your profile and CV, message employers, and track interviews in one account. Your contact details can stay hidden until an employer moves your application forward.

For employers

Post roles with stated pay, then work applicants through a kanban pipeline: review, shortlist, schedule interviews, message candidates, tag and pool talent, and export CSVs. Owners can share the pipeline with up to four team seats while keeping listing control.

Coverage

Today trab.ph covers Metro Manila's 17 LGUs across six role families — office, BPO, retail, logistics, construction and skilled trades. Expansion beyond the metro is deliberate and unhurried: the review model only works if we can actually check the employers.

How it works underneath

The board is open infrastructure: listings carry JobPosting structured data, every city, category and skill has a crawlable landing page, and live roles are also available as RSS feeds and through llms.txt for AI assistants.
