## For employers
- Post a role on the home page (#post): stated monthly pay, business registration and an application email are required. Roles stay private until review.
- Signed-in employers get an applicant pipeline, interview scheduling, private notes and CSV exports under /account.
- Owners can add up to four team-member seats to share the applicant pipeline; posting and listing edits stay with the owner.
