trab.ph is a Metro Manila jobs board where every employer passes a business identity review and every listing states its monthly pay before you apply.
How do I apply for a job?
Every listing offers two paths: apply directly by email to the employer, or apply inside your trab.ph account so you can track the status and message the employer.
Why does every job show a salary?
We believe pay transparency saves everyone time. Listings must state a monthly peso range before they can be reviewed and published.
How are employers checked?
Employers submit their SEC or DTI registration details. Our reviewers verify the business identity independently before any listing goes public.
How do I post a role?
Create an employer account, pass the business review, and submit your role with a stated monthly salary. Each listing stays live for 30 days and can be renewed.
Is trab.ph only for Metro Manila?
Yes — for now we cover the 17 cities and municipalities of Metro Manila so every listing is a genuinely local role.
