THE RULES

Terms of service

By using trab.ph you agree to these terms.

What trab.ph is

trab.ph is a jobs bulletin board for Metro Manila. Employers post roles with stated monthly pay; candidates browse and apply. We are not an employer, recruiter or agency, and we are not a party to any hiring arrangement made through the site. Any employment contract is solely between the employer and the candidate.

Employer responsibilities

Employers must provide real business registration details. Every listing goes through a business-identity review before it becomes public. Listings must describe a genuine, current vacancy with an honest monthly pay range and a real application path. We may decline, suspend or remove listings and accounts that are misleading, duplicated, unlawful or abusive.

Editing a listing sends it back for review; it leaves public search until re-approved. Listings expire after their stated window and can be renewed or reposted.

Candidate responsibilities

Applications must contain accurate information. Do not apply on someone else's behalf, submit fabricated credentials, or use the messaging channel to harass employers.

Acceptable use

You may not scrape the service at disruptive volume, probe other users' data, post malware or phishing content, circumvent the review process, or misrepresent your identity. Automated access is welcome at polite rates via the public RSS feeds and sitemap.

Moderation

Anyone can report a listing for scam or fraud, fake pay, duplicates or offensive content. Reports are triaged by moderators; actioned reports close the listing. Moderation decisions and the acting reviewer are recorded in an audit log.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep listings reviewed and the board available, but we do not warrant uninterrupted operation, the accuracy of employer-supplied content, or hiring outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the service itself.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always at this URL. Continued use after an update is acceptance of the new terms.
