Pay transparency / TRAB.PH GUIDE
How to read a monthly salary range
A stated range helps you decide whether a role fits before you apply.
Look at both ends of the range
The lower and upper figures describe the employer’s stated monthly pay for the role. Ask where an offer would fall in that range and which experience or responsibilities affect it.
Check what the range means
Find out whether the amount is base pay and whether allowances, overtime, commissions, or deductions are separate. The listed range should stay clear even when other pay components apply.
Compare the full role
Pay matters alongside location, work setup, schedule, requirements, and the work itself. Read the whole listing before you send an application.
